Every day Gian Luca devotes his time and work to prepare the best artisan gelato. His passion is so huge that he has decided to share it with the tourists visiting La Spezia.
In order to reach this goal, he has organized a 4 hours course for "Amateur Maestro Gelatiere" (max. 6 people). Before starting the lesson, Gian Luca will accompany you to purchase fresh fruit at the nearby outdoor main market.
Once arrived at the laboratory, you will be shown how artisan gelato is made. At the end you will receive an "Amateur Maestro Gelatiere Certificate" and you will able to taste Gian Luca's delicacies at the Gelateria Vernazza shop in Corso Cavour. The course includes a discount to use at the Gelateria Vernazza shop located in Vernazza, Cinque Terre, and a t-shirt. Then, strike a pose for a souvenir photo!
