The European tour of the Gelato Festival, which stopped in London on 23th and 24 th June, selected Gelateria Vernazza and its renowned flavour ‘Crema Vernazza’ to join the competition. Gian Luca and his recipe left no doubts: people attending the contest in Covent Garden queued for hours to taste the flavour inspired by one of the renowned Cinque Terre in Italy.
